How to Make Pasta Salad with Zucchini Pesto?

  1. Cook the ravioli in boiling salted water. Separate a tea glass from the water, drain the pasta and transfer it to a large mixing bowl.
  2. For sauce; Chop the zucchini coarsely and put them in the bowl of the blender or food processor. Add garlic, yoghurt, mint leaves, salt, pepper, olive oil and pasta water to the zucchini and cook until combined.
  3. Add the sauce on top of the pasta and mix.
